What do I get for signing up early?
Get 1 FREE hour for signing up early!

If I want to attend a Lock-In, can I come play before 11pm?
Even if we add a Lock-In to your account earlier in the day, the time is locked until it is 11pm and is 100% automated, so you can be here earlier.. but you can't play until 11pm

It can be pretty expensive to get a lock-in AND get gametime beforehand! I want to come there earlier.. if I buy a lock-in and pay ahead of time, can I get a discount off gametime before 11am?
Countless ways you can earn some gametime beforehand.. for FREE!
1) Bring friends that have never been to a Lock-In before and get 1 FREE hour per person you refer!
2) Come in as group of 3+ and get 1 hour for ALL your friends!
3) Sign up (pay) at least 1 business day early, get 1 FREE hour!
4) Trade in your unused video games from home for FREE gametime!

If I bring friends, do we get discounts for coming in groups?
Come in as a group of 3+ and mention group discount, get 1 FREE hour per person!

Can I bring food/drink?
You can only bring water! We sell food/drinks inside the store. For Lock-Ins, we will allow you to pack a sandwich, but we cannot allow any outside food/drink in our fridge. If you bring a sandwich, you must clean it up though or you will be "meal banned".

Can I sleep if I get tired?
No. We supply coffee and energy drinks and caffeine if needed to help you stay awake if you are drifting away

Can I leave early?
Yes, you can leave early if you have a legit drivers license or the 2nd checkbox is marked on your Parental Consent Form.

Can I arrive late?
We generally give a 1 hour lenience for walk-ins. Once it's past 12:30, people who have signed up early are taken off the list. If it is going to be later, please call ahead of time and let us no. Unfortunately, no discounts will be given.

Yes, that is correct!

Can I stay there for free if I don't play any games?
No, sorry. The Lock-In charge is a cover fee.

Umm. Someone said I should play until 12am [b]If I bring friends do we get discounts for coming in groups. You got that right. I'm not sure I understand the implication of that.

Guys a quick suggestion about our lock-ins.....considering we have 2 lock-ins weekly now, how many of you guys would prefer that 1 night our theme would be FPs games and the next night to be MMORPG's???

Just lay down some thoughts on this and lets see what we can come up with
