What do I get for signing up early? Can I sign up a few hours before the lock-in?
Signing up early gets you access to 2 FREE Hours (or 1 if not a premium member) and guarantees you a spot reserved! You must sign up at least 1 business day prior to get the free hours. You can sign up the same day as the lock-in, but it will only guarantee you a spot.
I want to be there ALL day and ALL night! Do I get a discount?
If you purchase an all-day pass AND a lock-in at the same time, you will get $5 off for combo packaging! This is a special forum discount, so be sure to ask for the discount to receive it!
If I want to attend a Lock-In, can I come play before 11pm?
Even if we add a Lock-In to your account earlier in the day, the time is locked until it is 11pm and is 100% automated, so you can be here earlier.. but you can't play until 11pm
It can be pretty expensive to get a lock-in AND get gametime beforehand! I want to come there earlier.. if I buy a lock-in and pay ahead of time, can I get a discount off gametime before 11pm?
Be sure to take advantage of multiple ways: Come in with a group of 3 or more to get 1 FREE hour each, and get up to 2 FREE hours by signing up for the lock-in early (above)! You can also bring newcomers to the Lock-In to receive an extra hour! That's over 4 free hours you can get beforehand, if you play your cards right.
If I bring friends, do we get discounts for coming in groups?
Yes! You get 1 FREE hour added to your account (you can use it anytime) per person, if 3+
Can I bring food/drink?
You can
only bring water! For Lock-Ins, we will allow you to pack a sandwich, but we cannot allow any outside food/drink in the store.
Can I sleep if I get tired?
No, sorry. We supply coffee and energy drinks to help you stay awake if you are drifting away.
Can I leave early?
Yes, you can leave early if you have a legit drivers license or the 2nd checkbox is marked on your
Parental Consent Form.
Can I arrive late?
We generally give a 1 hour lenience for walk-ins. Once it's past 12:00, people who have signed up early are taken off the list. If it is going to be later, please call ahead of time and let us know. Unfortunately, no discounts will be given.

Can I stay there for free if I don't play any games or use my own gametime?
No, sorry. The Lock-In charge is a cover fee. You can use your own gametime until 2am, and you will then be asked to leave or pay for a lock-in.
I heard you sometimes have lock-ins on a Saturday, too..
We hold "Pick Up" lock-ins on a Saturday if it is requested by enough people, and a staff is willing to work a lock-in. Pickup Lock-Ins are $25 for all, regardless of membership!
